VISA Processing & Consular Services

Yes. Consulates and embassies standardly demand original paper bank statements with original bank ink stamps and signatures. Scanned copies are only permitted for digital application portals (e.g. Canadian or UK portals).

Embassy fees are strictly non-refundable once the file is submitted for review. Agency handling and coordination fees cover file curation, translations, and booking mapping work, hence they are also non-refundable.

No agency can guarantee visa approval, as the decision rests solely with the immigration officers of the respective embassy or consulate. Our role is to optimize your documentation, file representation, and schedules to maximize approval possibilities.

The minimum balance varies by country. Generally, you should show enough funds to cover your flights, hotels, and daily expenses (e.g., $100-$150 per day), with a comfortable surplus. It is vital that your bank statements show steady, genuine transactions rather than sudden large deposits.

Processing times depend on the destination country and embassy queues. For example, Southeast Asian visas (Thailand, Malaysia) take 3-7 working days, while Schengen, UK, and USA visa processing can take 15-30 working days. We recommend applying at least 4-6 weeks before your intended travel date.

Yes, you can apply for visas (like Thailand, Malaysia, or Egypt) with a blank passport. However, for countries like Schengen, UK, USA, or Canada, having a positive travel history (visiting other countries first) significantly improves your chances of approval.

An eVisa (Electronic Visa) is an official document issued digitally by a government's immigration department. Instead of visiting an embassy or getting a physical sticker in your passport, you apply online and receive a PDF copy to print and carry when traveling.

Flight Bookings & Ticketing

Cancellation and modification parameters depend on the airline's fare rules (e.g., promo vs flex fares). Airlines charge modification penalties, and our agency charges a standard coordination fee for executing changes.

To get the best airfare deals, we recommend booking international flights at least 45 to 60 days in advance. Last-minute bookings are usually significantly more expensive, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Baggage allowance varies by airline and route. Most international carriers allow 7kg to 10kg of cabin baggage and 20kg to 30kg of checked baggage. Budget airlines may require you to purchase baggage allowance separately.

Transit visa requirements depend on your nationality, the transit country, layover duration, and whether you need to exit the airport transit area to change terminals or re-check baggage. Our ticketing experts will verify this for you during booking.

If your flight is delayed or cancelled by the airline, you should contact the airline desk at the airport immediately or get in touch with our 24/7 flight coordination team. We will help you check for re-routing options or coordinate hotel/meal vouchers if applicable.

Yes, seat selection and special meal requests (e.g., Halal, vegetarian, child meal) can be configured during the booking process. Depending on the airline and fare class, seat selection may incur an additional charge.

Hotel Bookings & Tour Packages

Your voucher fee standardly covers room charge and applicable hotel taxes. Meal plans (e.g. breakfast) and local city/resort tourist taxes are specified on the voucher and may need to be cleared directly at check-in.

Refund eligibility depends on the booking terms. "Free Cancellation" rates can be refunded if cancelled before the hotel's deadline (usually 24-48 hours before check-in). "Non-refundable" promo rates cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

A dummy booking is a flight itinerary and hotel reservation held temporarily without full payment. Most embassies require these tentative bookings to verify your travel dates and stay arrangements. We provide verifiable flight and hotel itineraries for your visa file.

Yes, we specialize in curating tailored holiday experiences. We customize itineraries, select hotels, arrange local transportation (private cars/guides), and plan sightseeing activities based on your group's budget and interests.

Standard hotel check-in time is usually between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM, and check-out time is between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur extra fees.
